Account and access

You are responsible for the security of your account, the accuracy of your registration data, and all actions performed under your profile.

If you sign in through a third-party service, you also agree to follow that provider's rules.

• Report suspicious access or loss of control over your account.

Content, pages, and reviews

Users and partners can upload texts, photos, review replies, and business information. You warrant that you hold the rights to such content and do not infringe on third-party rights.

Submitted content may go through moderation. WanderPoi UA may edit, reject, hide, or restrict materials that are inaccurate, misleading, illegal, offensive, or below the platform's standards.

• Reviews must reflect real experience.
• Photos must be appropriate and lawfully used.
• Business information must be current and verifiable.

Bookings, requests, and contact forms

Some WanderPoi UA features help pass a request or booking to the organizer, but the platform itself does not guarantee a deal between the parties unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The provider of a specific offer is responsible for actually delivering the service, its price, availability, schedule changes, cancellation rules, and other terms.

• Submit only truthful contact details.
• Do not use the platform's forms for spam or mass mailing.
• Keep communication with other parties polite and lawful.

Prohibited actions

It is prohibited to use WanderPoi UA for fraud, unjustified collection of other people's data, moderation bypasses, spam, aggressive scraping, disrupting the service, or publishing illegal content.

• Do not try to overload the platform's infrastructure with automation.
• Do not publish false information about yourself, a venue, or a tour.
• Do not use the WanderPoi UA brand as if you represent the company without permission.

Intellectual property, disclaimer, and changes

All rights to the platform, its interface, structure, code, and the WanderPoi UA brand belong to the company or are used on lawful grounds. Your content remains yours, but you grant us the right to display it as part of running the service.

The platform is provided "as is". We strive for accuracy and continuous operation but do not guarantee that all data is error-free, that the service is always available, or that it fits a particular purpose. We may update the service and these terms when needed for product development, security, or legal requirements.
